times have been pretty good since the Great Depression yes, they have right so you have my dad actually said this to somebody not that long ago He his example of hard work came from his dad Yes. And then from here on out same thing Yes, everything's been good. So until we're put in a position that threatens our Quality of life. Yeah, there's a challenge. I completely agree Right now right now the market should be so far down. It should be a disaster zone right now That's not yeah, it's not and people don't realize how lucky they are. This is one of the problems. They get into deals I'm gonna wait till there's a better deal
