How to Hire People to Own Your Organization

Hiring someone to take over the whole function because you've documented it and somebody else can sell for you, I call this the freedom level of the rungs. This is when as your business grows, you don't hire people to get them to buy back your time. You hire people to own an outcome or a department. And then work through them to build out the organization below them so that I only maintain five to seven direct reports.
