The Idea of Continuous and Never Ending Improvement

The idea of that constant and never ending improvement comes from a japanese word, kaisen. And the important part of that idea is that the improvements are tiny. So you don't try to suddenly make a huge, big improvement. You keep doing that, and after a month or whatever, i depends on what you're trying, you will start to get maybe a small improvement. But for me and joujiso, that usually takes quite a long time.
