The Pain of Being Excluded From the Mainstream Discourse

i'm quite excited about where i gathered a group of 11 people who are really diverse and helping them write their own voices about this stuff. On the one hand there's enormous pain about being excluded from the mainstream discourse on the other hand there are enormous capacities for healing here. I think diversity to me is a very very important topic right now in terms of this mess with white supremacy leaking out everywhere  and male supremacy leaks out everywhere as well.
