According to the technosolutionist orthodoxy, the human future climaxes by uploading our consciousness to a computer. Zombi shows depict a post apocalypse where people are no etter than the undead and seem to know it worse. Even our most forward thinking science fiction shows now depict robots as our intellectual and ethical superiors. The billionaires who called me out to evaluate their bunker strategies are not the victors of the economic game so much as the victims of its perversely limited rules.
