The bidcoing bonds were supposed to be backed by the nation. But they've been delayed due to a war in ne crane, which is just bull shooting. The bond was also over subscribed with more interest than it could even match. It's especially embarrassing because several prominent members of the crypto currency community came out and assured everyone that there would be no issue at all.
