Raj: Genuine caring about your people cannot be faked, right? Like if I'm talking to my manager for a botatically and the manager basically doesn't care what's going on in my life, then obviously I would stop sharing that with my manager. So I think fundamentally basically what it's done to do you actually really care or not. You can't fake it. And then automatically it will happen. It's gonna take some time, especially if you go to a new role in a new organization and you can't build it overnight.
