Real State Professional Status

There's there's something called real state professional status. Ind you spend more than 700 hours a year focused on real state, you're classified as a real state professional. And since i'm a real estate professional, i get to carry those real state losses over into my abnormal income from my essentially my two so 700 hours, 50 weeks a year. The government does this for real state because they realize that it's a, it's it's necessary infi structure. We spend 90, americans spend 97 % of our time inside of buildings. So they want to tax and synavise people like me, people like you guys, whoever wants to go out.
