fields: I've learned that just like you described there is a very there is a cycle of dopamine and then the like technology that uses intermittent reinforcement that creates almost an addictive behavior pattern. The way that I create boundaries is to literally enable programs that turn off all other connectivity to ensure that I literally have to use technology against technology to enforce my own boundaries yeah you you have to outsmart yourself when I'm writing  and so we come full circle as well as it's we come back to our own ability to navigate our own boundaries personally and as well as interpersonally.
