I had no idea I was just kind of doing my thing and I can't even remember what it was there was something that had reminded me of that story which was like a week later someone had recommended that Booked of Interdistraction. For me it made such an impact it was just like feeling seen for the first time  and seeing it kind of called out in a book was really impactful for me so I just shared it hoping that it would be impactful for other people as well.
