Expectations get you in trouble all the time. Most of us don't know we have expectations about certain things. You might have a limiting belief, which is a thought you have about yourself that stops you from doing certain things. When you set an expectation, and it goes unmet, yeah, you get frustrated, and you get disappointed. But when the expectation gets met, you feel happy, and you fulfilled,.
