The first symptom is usually confusion or somebody takes an action that is inconsistent with your intention. And so usually there's what we call breakdowns. There's the term misalignment or communication gaps. One of the things that happens in some of like really successful companies is senior management, they're very aware through communication, what's going on. The next level down is not aware and then a level below that is very aware.
