The Russians and the Ukrainians - What's Next?
The Russians say that Ukraine is planning to detonate a dirty bomb, which is an explosive device that has nuclear material wrapped in it. The Ukrainians are denying this allegation too, and the US Secretary of Defense, Lloyd Austin, is saying that the claim is absurd. Meanwhile, after the French Ministry of Defense hung up from that same phone call with the Russians, the president of France said something, well, pretty interesting. He said that it was up to the Ukrainian government, not the Russians, to offer up the terms of peace first.
