How Do You Document Your Stuff When You're Hiring?
If you think you're going to scale, document your stuff for sure. What isn't for me, or is no longer serving me, falls away quietly. I expect quality work from every member of my team and i will have weekly one-on-one ones with each person on the team. Caution: This could mean a tea member on your team. It's not doig us for fun to its nother. If if this was for fun, that would be different story. But there are lots of things that are in play here which we'll talk about soon.
