Test Weeds

In the past, a team had one iteration per day. This meant they couldn't integrate changes more than once a day. A new test framework was created to get this sorted out. It cut down on unit testing time from hours to 30 minutes. And it also made deployment code like ten thousand lines of pearl and shell much less complicated.
