Planning and Validating the Deal Model
Make sure you're planning imigration early, and that the plan is adequately represented in the deal model. Material items related to inmigration need to be accounted for in that deal model explicitly. If there are material impacts that are required based upon your ambition, if an ambition is to not integrate something, then it's a no go decision. All these points tie together.
