Performance Reviews - You Know, You Can't Let It Go Past That
Most people do performance reviews once a year. Some people do some groups from every six months. You're saying if you have an inkling, you then have 24 hours to see whether or not that improves. If on the second day it hasn't improved, you need to talk to that person and mention it directly to them. And in fact, I think that should be your default mode for all feedback - especially around engineering.
