The Importance of Sustainability in Manufacturing

I've been to places where engineering workshops where health and safety rules were not necessarily followed very well. So as a company, you've got to have the ethical framework that says we're not going to put our people at risk. And I think one of the things that is interesting in the world nowadays is we make things safer but some of these consequences become much more indirect. It really is about our human perception. We all know this. When you've been involved in or seen an accident, you're a bit more careful when you drive or cycle or whatever it happens to be.
