The Importance of Product Management in Shopify

The Shopify product organization was very critical for organizing all these people and like what are the bets that we're making? And that's when we started really like scaling the organization. The ratio of PM to devs have changed over time too, right? Oh, absolutely. I think where we're at now is a little bit more towards what you'd expect or converging on a ratio of like one PM to call it 10, 10 developers and a designer or two or whatnot.
