Is There a Fed Policy Shif?
Nick Galarnik: It's really now more about whether or not the Fed has to pivot from the policy. The market is clearly pricing in the coming recession, and I don't know whether the selling is over. Nick remains very strongly committed to his long term view that because of lack of investment, there will eventually be a global energy crisis.
