The Origins of Variation in GWAS
GWAS studies and increasing number of studies are also starting to look at big kind of structural issues in in genome. How is that accounting for some of the missing heritability of traits? Will it require other statistical methods to account for those kinds of mutations or will existing SNPs be tagging much of that so when you see an association with a step or a cluster of SNPs then you don't know which if any of those is causal.
