Kathleen: How do we help people name the baggage that they're bringing to the table in a helpful, constructive way? Heather: Is there an iteration after the here's all the great stats, you know, Here's all the things i need from others. I love that idea. We often do something called hopes and fears exercise. Hopes and fears exercise does things. It is a way for people to externalize what they are truly worried about. Those are the fears, what's keeping them up at night. The hope's peace helps us transition from a place of potential resistance to a place of abundance, a place of expansion.
