Is It a Team Act When You're Building Out Product?

When i was younger, i got confused around is this a solo tors when i'm building out product. I know this sounds obvious, but it really is a team act. And you're trying to figure out how to assemble the best possible team. But more importantly, what you're trying to do with that team is create this trusted environment. When you have that trust and environment, you can start to practise what i would call creative confrontation. We've gotten a much better at that scientific process of build, measure, learning and the scientific method.
