The Importance of Soil and Nutrition in Mozambique

In Mozambique, you have nutrition issues, but from a different standpoint, you have malnutrition. And so we were looking at more nutritious foods for the local community. We were also trying to come up with new types of fruits and vegetables that had more nutrition. That I think was really where the soil and nutrition worlds collided for me.
