How to Control Your Phone's Apps

As soon as that 5 o'clock alarm goes off, I am up and out of bed. Now I avoid my phone or at least I try to avoid my phone immediately after waking up. Me and Steph were talking about how we didn't want to be on our phones right when we woke up and as we were going to sleep. So we did some research and we actually found a way to set this and control this in our phone. We don't use social media apps before 8 a.m. and after 5 p.m.
