I think winning really does mean keeping people in their homes first and foremost right ensuring that they're gonna stay there so often I have to say on that very basic sort of in that's in that kind of a campaign or tactic. Winning also means finding some silver linings even in losses right and very bitter losses you know some years ago my partner led a year-long rent strike in south central Los Angeles with the expo tenants where unfortunately those tenants were pushed out. It was made possible frankly by never accepting that these reforms are enough no one in any tenant organization thinks that any of this is enough.
