The Problem With Supervision Trees
Bad events in a crowd-sourcing system can bring down entire systems. This is because they are not going to go away, and you have to deal with them indefinitely. In the case of an event that crashes five times o row, it brings down supervisor - which then crushes itself. The whole application was completely done because of tes few badvens.
