Are You Managing and Leading?

A lot of principals believe that they either have a fantastic team of people, or they've just got a lot of bad apples. What you're looking for is somewhere between six and seven on a seven point scale. How consistent are you? How disciplined are you? Are you conflict averse, or can you have those difficult conversations? You treat people fairly? What's the d e i level of your firm? I don't even know how to start, because there's so much to talk about.
