Ari Maisel was diagnosed with Crohn's disease when he was 23 years old. After a long journey of self-tracking and self-expermentation, he overcame the illness. But there was still this very large element of stress in his life and the illness. He created less doing to help people optimize, automate and outsource everything in their lives so they are more effective.
