I'm an enormous fan of Gary Vaynerchuk. If you want to learn where a lot of my mindset goes when it comes to how the proper way to post on social and how to build a social following, it's from him. Nobody wants to have a spear thrown at them. And so that's why you want to do it because people see through it. People see you're authentic. I might be just sending the car off the highway a little bit abruptly. But something that it seems that you're passionate about and that that you like to speak about is incentive-based landlording.
