"I've always given five bucks a bag, basically," he says of his tips. "There's nothing wrong with asking for change,. If you've got a 20, it's better to say, Hey, can you give me 15 back as opposed to saying, Oh crap, all I got to 20, I'm not going to tip you at all." The list also includes baristas, valet parking attendants and hotel bellhop co-workers.
