Heather Morgan, a Former Tech Entrepreneur, Filed Herself as the Crocodile of Wall Street
Heather Morgan and her husband were arrested last February. They're accused of trying to launder $4.5 billion of Bitcoin stolen from the Bitfinex currency exchange. She's been under 24-hour home confinement for quite a while now. Her lawyer filed a letter with the magistrate judge in federal court in Washington asking to have the terms of her confinement modified so that she can leave on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays to work at the offices of her new employer.
