Makrow: Technology has shifted trade, too. We don't have tak giants, whereas china does. Makrow: China did not allow us firms to compete and develop their own firms. All these high level jobs are also taking place in china. He says we need a better understanding of all these issues to be able to develop the kinds of polcies that we need.
