In Europe I think it's difficult legally not to compensation some ways for on-call. It needs to be very well designed into the employment contract and certainly can't be as easily rolled out as kind of the process I described. We wanted a free meaningful that people would know that it exists and like they could go for a nice meal or something like that but what we kind of didn't want was people paying for their groceries or you know it it's been a structural part of their income that they depended on.
