The Seven Statements of Jesus
The seven statements Jesus utters while he's being crucified and while he's hanging on the cross are very significant. I want to look at each one of them in the spirit of Jacob 1, 8 and view his death. In other words, how does that statement teach me how to live my life as I pattern it after how he taught me on the cross? Statement number one: While they're pounding the nails through his hands, he utters, father forgive them for they know not what they do.
