How to Be a Better Designer in a Space Like Education
I feel like my practice just over the past six years or so has really experienced a shift where I've stopped being like a designer who designs kind of things. And now I'm a designer whose primary role is facilitation, like facilitating other people's expertise and sort of creating alignment and outputs that hopefully lead to certain outcomes. Working in a space like education primarily is like, I feel like I have so little domain expertise, even though for the last five years I've been doing primarily education projects.
