Simulation - What Do You Think You Can Take Away From Simulation?
The author has spent the past seven years working through a range of different roles in education and safety, more safety and quality. Three years ago, coming back to a clinical bedside roll with all these different ways of looking at the work from within was really eye opening for her. And i think simulation gives us that opportunity to actually deconstruct and manipulate. It's almost bit like being docxda doctor. Strange. You can kind of pause clinical work and sort of manipulate it,. Have a look at it, move some equipment n then restart it.
