There's all these facts being thrown around in their half-truths, into the game telephone. We're actually beginning to approach a period of time where I think this is one of the most attractive entry points I've seen in my career. The equity markets and the fixed income markets do a really good job of understanding this concept of buy low sell high. But the real estate market does an exceptionally poor job of that. As an investor, I actually want to see these peak level cakes. That tells me it's actually a time to buy.
