The Benefits of Breathing in and Out Fast

30 times of breathing in and out fast. Hold your breath for as long as you feel like until you feel that air hunger at that point, you're going to breathe in through your nose again. You could repeat that one round or three rounds, but that breath hold is really the important part in that technique. It's interesting though, because that feeling of carbon dioxide building up in the body is a very similar feeling to anxiety. So when you are learning to practice breath holds we want to train our body to be able to withstand this.
