China Overtakes the US in 2035?
Most of the convergence in China's GDP to US levels has already taken place. The reason why it's still double out of the US is because of this income conversion. And given that China's population is so much larger than the US, it can achieve a higher level of GDP even with a lower level of GDP per capita.
