What if i got a call and this person said this, and something that, you know, would trigger you? The more youa have the presence, a presence of mind when it's not an emergency situation. In sports, athletes practise all the time, iin situations with ther b pressure on the antime pressure,. because they want to practice the emotion of it in the hurried decision. It just takes il bit of effort to execute it but that practice helps you for game time
