The Importance of Social Isolation

It's been a perfect storm in terms of social isolation, not just with COVID, but the years before then with our social media and the idea of relative anonymity. Even if your identity is known, it's still easier to nurture what you may believe is a little bit irrational on some level when you have this collective of kind of unknown. I think most people that the false bravery in hiding has become commonplace and that scares me.
