Why Do People Hire Us?

Customers fall into different buckets. Some are very concerned about te tone, style, brand, the voice,. Others are more, just give me traffic. But even those right, it comes out right. It comes and, again, this isn't my voice. Is almost like a, like a placeholder for, like, they don't know how to say what's wrong with it, but there's something wrong. And that's where that listening piece and asking question piece becomes so much more important. You only get so many days before they're like, i'm not doing this any more. Because the work is more rewarding when you're getting it right.
