Is the Bill Going to Change the Scope of Authority of the Market Regulators?

Gensler was making a pitch for more money for the c which currently has forty 400 employees and a budget of over two billion dollars. I think he's basely saying, gee, if i meant to do more, have more jurisdiction than i should have more money to do more things. So that would be my thought. Thas supposed to necessarily dealing directly with the, i guess, tools related to the statutary authority over crypto.
