I started it because my amount of anxiety i was experiencing. Tis nit just got fired from an entrance ship, and i thought i wasn't going to finish grandscool on time. I did not understand at all that i could not do practice in exactly the same way as somebody who had no children or husband. And so now it is so important to me that practice does not do harm. The tet not is to reduce harm, not not to increase it. To increase safety, not to reduce it.
