How Did Your Adolescence Feel Like Pressure?
I've always been making things as a little girl. When I went to college though, my parents didn't want me to major in art. They wanted me to have a plan B. And they also felt that that would also imbue back in my work. So when I went to Yale, I actually majored in history. In my sculptures, I do a lot of things about time, like layers of the earth, a bouncing ball happening over time.
