In both instances there were slightly different findings. How when taken obviously, i look at the methodology, but then also, like the translation. Is it necessarily even the accurate representation of what they're doing? It seems like multiple variables are changing. One lab group finds training to failure versus not seems to make a difference. Another one doesn't. You come to find out that one is using volitional failure, and maybe the other one is using momentary failure,. So it might be comparing an eight-rep rep to 11 or 12 reps isn't going to fix the issue.
