What Is Helium Three Found on the Moon?

Helium three is thought to be better for fusion because it doesn't release any neutrons. It's a nice alternative to hydrogen burning. Helium three is deposited on the surface of the moon by the sun. We're talking super duper rare like four to ten parts per billion on the surface. The show is not just about engineering and math it's all about business. I do have to say that helium three fusion is a cool idea but I'm not really sure it's a great business idea.
