Do You Have a Right to Life?
The defender of abortion rights actually agrees with the proliper in the moral principle that it is wrong to kill persons without justification. But then they come up with a justification for why, or an argument as to why foetuses are not full fledged members of the human community. So it isn't over the moral principle. It's over some metaphysical on account of what it means to be a human being and have moral status. And even if the foetus is a person, it has no right to use its mother's body without her consent.
