Physicians Need to Be Leaders

i think an important aspect of this is that physicians do need to be leaders in this effort. And i think patient and family advocates understand that, a, having a an optimally functioning physician is really important. We can't just raise the issue among leadership and then rely on them to come up with solutionsthat may or may not be effective. We have to be part of the decision making process to let them know what will or will not work.
